Supper and breakfast on sale in aid of Parkinson’s Disease UK for inclusive price of £10 adults, children aged 11 to 16 £5 , 11 and under free.
A meteor shower is forecast and telescopes will be available for star watching –free.
Supper served from 7.30 to 8.30 pm ( bring your own bottle) and a simple breakfast served from 8.30 to 9.30 – both with veggie options

Due to the generosity of the Parracombe Parish Council this event is a rare chance to camp at in the playing field and enjoy the opportunity to watch the Perseids meteor shower. It is a community event for people of all ages.
Shooting Star watching. There is a meteor shower expected and Exmoor is famed for its Dark Skies so you can star gaze too. We will have loan of a large telescope for the National Park and some small personal ones you can borrow. We hope to have a couple of people to help explain what you might see
Camp: If you would like to camp you can do so for free! Bring all your own equipment – tent, sleeping bags, airbeds. Chairs and picnic tables too if you need them. You can pitch your tents from 5 pm on the 13th but please make sure all your kit is removed by midday on the 14th. There will be some space for camper vans too.
Food:: This event is a fundraiser for Parkinson’s UK and there will be a simple supper and breakfast available and hot chocolate before bed. We hope that everyone will support this element of the event. Total cost £10 adults, 11-16 £5 and under 11’s free..

Facilities: Food will be served from the Pavilion kitchen. There are public toilets and hand washing facilities on the site. Later in the evening we will light a communal fire bowl.
