The Village Hall Strategic Development Group met on Tuesday 30th July with our architect Richard Satterly and with the funding team, Dave Austin & Martin Hallam, to plan next steps in the hall redevelopment.
The funding team have identified potential funders but before any formal negotiations can start there needs to be a business plan for the hall use and maintenance in the coming years. The business plan will be Dave and Martin’s first priority.
Richard Satterly will be preparing drawings for submission to Building Control and we will be working with him to develop a roadmap for the construction phases of the project. We expect to apply for building control permission following our next meeting in September.
